1. About Us

Iulibooks (the publishing imprint of PLOTO) is an independent publishing platform that sells print-on-demand books and hosts the manuscripts of registered authors. You can write to us anytime at Iulian_Sandu@outlook.com.

2. Your Account

You need an account to order books or to publish a manuscript. You are responsible for your login credentials and the accuracy of the information in your profile. You can close your account at any time via a deletion request from your account page.

3. Orders and Payments

• Prices are displayed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is made by card, directly on the page, through our payment processor; we do not store card details.
• The order becomes final upon payment confirmation, and printing begins immediately thereafter.
• Shipping costs are displayed prior to payment.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Books are custom products, printed on demand for each order. You may cancel your order before it is sent to print. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost — contact us within 14 days of delivery.

5. Publishing a Manuscript

• You retain full copyright over your text.
• You grant us the non-exclusive right to print and sell the book through Iulibooks.
• You warrant that the work is original and does not infringe upon the rights of others.
• We refuse manuscripts with illegal, defamatory, or hate-inciting content.

6. Royalties and Payments

The author by default receives 100% of the royalties from sales of their book (the net amount remaining after the printer's printing and shipping costs and payment fees), unless agreed otherwise in writing. Earnings are visible on the account page, and payouts are made upon request, based on the available balance.

7. Platform Content

Texts, poems, and materials published by Iulibooks are protected by copyright law. You may quote them by acknowledging the source, but you may not reproduce them in full for commercial purposes without our consent.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms to reflect legal or functional changes. The version published here is the one in effect.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
